Mandarina Duck products undergo rigorous testing to ensure that all the products you trust meet the highest standards. Consequently, if an issue arises due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, Mandarina Duck offers private customers a 24-month warranty on its products that covers any material and/or manufacturing defects.

5-YEARS WARRANTY

Mandarina Duck offers for some products in the travel category an extended 5-year warranty. All travel products that carry the specification "Extended 5-year warranty" in the product tag adhere to this offer.

Mandarina Duck products are rigorously tested to ensure that the travel products you trust meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with this Mandarina Duck product and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Mandarina Duck will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product. The duration of the warranty and the designation of the goods to which it applies are stated on the warranty documentation inside the Product and/or in the list of Product features on our website.

If the product was purchased through a channel other than Mandarina Duck monobrand stores or the official website www.mandarinaduck.com, any request for returns, warranty, refunds, or assistance must be addressed directly to the retailer where the purchase was made. Mandarina Duck does not directly handle requests related to products purchased through third parties.

The warranties described herein cover only manufacturing defects and do not cover any damage caused by misuse or unreasonable use, improper care, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or improper carrier handling (by airlines for example); cosmetic damage like scratches, dents, stains, colour changes or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the Product are also excluded. If your Product is damaged in transit, submit a claim to the transit company at the place of arrival, if possible, before clearing customs.

Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty. This warranty is global.

Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed. Labor charges and damages attributable to work performed by anyone other than a Service Center are not covered by this warranty. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. Product locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of the Product or its contents, breakage or entry by airline or airport personnel or governmental authorities. Inspect your Product immediately after handling by anyone other than you. Our warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights.
