The collaboration comes to life through an exclusive installation at the Mandarina Duck store in Brera District for the Design Week 2025.

It's an immersive space designed to encourage reflection, imagination, and the building of a future grounded in key values: responsibility, connection, and care for the world around us.

VAIA. FACE WHAT MATTERS.

VAIA was born in the Dolomites, inspired by the strength to react.

In the autumn of 2018, storm Vaia destroyed over 40 million trees, leaving a deep mark on the childhood mountains of Federico. Together with Giuseppe, Paolo, and Alessandro, he decided to turn this wound into an opportunity.

VAIA works to enhance raw materials, support local supply chains, and reinvest in the region, giving a future to small local communities.

Each product is an act of giving back and a commitment to creating value for people and the planet.

LA FORESTA DEGLI INNOVATORI

La Foresta degli Innovatori 2025, promoted by VAIA, was a full day immersed in nature, creativity, and sustainability.

Held in the Dolomites, the event brought together the community for a meaningful experience of learning, reflection, and connection. From morning yoga sessions surrounded by the mountains to interactive workshops for children and families, participants explored innovative ideas, shared visions for the future, and engaged in tangible actions like tree planting, all in the spirit of a greener and more conscious world.

Mandarina Duck participated as an official sponsor, guiding children and families through activities designed to introduce the next generation to sustainability through curiosity, play, and discovery.

Being present in person was a concrete expression of our commitment to combining design, creativity, and responsibility.

Together with VAIA, we celebrated the importance of collaboration, community, and environmental stewardship, reinforcing the belief that the future is built today through conscious actions and shared experiences.
