Mandarina Duck presents MANDARINA DUCK X SANDOKAN – The Journey is the Story, a new capsule collection dedicated to Salgari's hero, created to celebrate the new series produced by Lux Vide in collaboration with Rai Fiction. The collection features six new designs and five luggage tags that celebrate travel as an exotic adventure.

A collection born from the meeting of two worlds that share the same DNA: travel as freedom, identity, and timeless adventure.
Created to celebrate the release of the new Sandokan series, airing from December 1st on Rai1 and RaiPlay, the collection translates the epic imagery of the story into a lifestyle key, with patterns that reinterpret the tiger, the jungle, and the ocean, transforming them into contemporary designs.
It is the new limited capsule collection inspired by the Rai1 event series SANDOKAN, produced by Lux Vide in collaboration with Rai Fiction.

ROMA FILM FESTIVAL

On October 17th, at MAXXI – the National Museum of 21st Century Arts in Rome – during the Rome Film Festival and the official launch of the series, Mandarina Duck unveiled its licensing collaboration project with LuxVide and Sandokan.
The presentation event was pure energy: an immersive exhibition at the heart of the production, featuring original costumes, props, unreleased footage, and even a full-scale reconstruction of the pirates’ Prahu. Numerous familiar faces, members of the press, and talents attended, along with many guests who came to celebrate this new journey signed by Mandarina Duck.

LOGODUCK+ SANDOKAN

The collection features the Logoduck+ model, the brand’s signature design, reinterpreted in two unique colorways that translate the symbolism of the series into a lifestyle aesthetic. Each suitcase, inspired by the characters of the series, becomes a “visual passport” that tells a story.
The design recalls the colors of the Bornean landscape — with its distinctively coated tigers, lush forests, and crystal-clear waters — the backdrop to Sandokan’s adventures. The suitcases are enriched with the series logo and animal-inspired patterns that evoke the exploits of the Tigers of Malaysia, born from the brilliant imagination of the Turin writer Emilio Salgari.
Each model will be available in three sizes: Beauty, Cabin, and Medium.
Completing the collection are five exclusive luggage tags, each dedicated to one of the series’ main characters: Sandokan, Yanez, Lord Brooke, Marianna, and Sergeant Murray. Each suitcase thus becomes a visual passport for ever new and unique stories.
